Each month you receive a beginner-friendly block pattern, a reverse pattern, a note from the girls, a little surprise, and a place to stitch alongside quilters across the nation.

Meet the Patchwork Sisters

An old craft in young hands

Patchwork Sisters was started by two teenage step-sisters, ages 14 and 15, who fell for quilting and wanted to invite others into the journey.

Quilting is an old craft full of patience, beauty, family, memory, and community. The girls are learning one square at a time — and they would love for quilters across the country to stitch along with them. Whether you're brand new to quilting or have been at it for years, this club is meant to be simple, encouraging, and fun.

Fabric is not included. Members use their own fabric, scraps, and favorite colors. That means every member's quilt turns out completely unique.

The yearly journey

One year. Twelve squares. One quilt.

Each month's square is part of a bigger journey. Make one block at a time, and by year's end you'll have twelve blocks ready to become a full quilt. Every anniversary in the club can mean another finished quilt.

Keep it Gift it Donate it Make more than one

Members may use the patterns to make finished quilts for themselves, as gifts, as donations, or for small handmade sales. The patterns themselves may not be copied, shared, uploaded, or resold.

Keep it, gift it, or give comfort

Quilts that can bless someone else

Some members will keep their yearly quilt. Others will gift it to someone they love. Down the road, Patchwork Sisters hopes to offer an optional comfort-quilt donation path — for members who'd like their finished quilts to reach nursing-home residents and others who could use a handmade reminder that someone cares.

Is fabric included?

No. Members use their own fabric, scraps, colors, and quilting supplies.

Is this beginner-friendly?

Yes. The club is designed to be welcoming and beginner-friendly from the very first square.

Do I have to make the full quilt?

Not at all. You can make individual blocks, pillows, table runners, wall hangings, or use the patterns however you like for your own projects.

Can I make more than one quilt?

Yes. Members may make as many finished quilts as they'd like from the patterns.

Can I sell finished quilts made from the patterns?

Yes — small handmade sales of finished quilts are allowed. The pattern itself may not be copied, shared, uploaded, or resold.

Will there be a community?

Yes. Members are encouraged to connect with quilters across the nation and share their monthly blocks.
